Ramlagan Superstore Ltd. will endeavour to complete all deliveries within a reasonable time frame; however, due to unforeseen circumstances, inventory availability, manufacturing schedules and packaging standards, additional service visits may be required to complete the delivery of the entire order.
7. The terms herein constitute the entire agreement between the parties. No verbal or written modification of this Agreement is valid. Any action arising out of or related to the terms hereof shall be brought only in a Court in the island of Trinidad, W.I.and shall be tried before the Court without a jury.
